Yoga made an appearance in my life in 2014. Being an avid runner, I had heard yoga could play a huge part in a runners form, mental control, breathing, flexibility and balance. Over these last few years I discovered that it's all much more than that. While my practice has helped me grow stronger and more flexible, it has taught me a lesson of mindfulness and gratitude. Yoga inspires me to shine from the heart and open up my soul, to be my most authentic self. I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Omnipresent Yoga and an additional 20 hours of Yin Yoga with Danielle Mercer International Yoga Trainer and RYT-500 hr. and I am currently in 300Hr YTT through My Vinyasa Practice, set to complete the end of June 2020. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving and passionate spirit my teachers have shared with me.
