As an I-ACT certified intermediate colon hydrotherapist & nutritionist, I've been practicing colonics since 2012 throughout the Denver metro & Front Range area. I've had the privilege of learning from & working alongside world renowned biological medicine educators, doctors, dentists, naturopaths, & healing practitioners alike. What inspires me the most about my work is observing the transformations each person experiences when they are more aware of their digestion & elimination pathways. The integration of nutrition is such a valuable component to this because it supports our bodies in its natural detoxification processes & is something we do everyday that can be so valuable to our overall health.
Lindsey (she/her) is a licensed massage therapist who is constantly amazed at the healing power of bodywork. She has always been drawn to "helping-people" professions, leading her to study psychology in college. Afterwards, she worked for a short while in the mental health field before she realized her talents shone brighter when working with her hands, and she decided to go back to school for massage. She sees the practice of massage as both a scientific means of addressing concerns in the body, and an incredible method for connecting back to oneself in today’s often busy and stressful world. Lindsey treats clients with a "whole-being" approach by integrating soothing techniques for the nervous system into her massage routines. She blends Connective Tissue and Swedish modalities for a comprehensive session of supported therapy.
