I’m a yoga for migraines expert with over 13 years of experience in wellness and functional movement (A.K.A. helping people do everyday tasks with less pain). As the resident yoga instructor for the International Headache Center, I work with migraine patients to help decrease pain, frequency, duration and characteristics of migraines based on yoga techniques that work for my own personal migraine management. Private clients without migraines also seek me out for my “real life” approach that demystifies yoga and mindfulness for stress and pain management. I hold a certification in Power Vinyasa Yoga from CorePower, was trained as a massage therapist from the Denver School of Massage Therapy, and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in International Business from the University of Colorado at Denver. A self-proclaimed “super nerd”, I’m always honing up on the latest in fields of meditation, pranayama, migraine support, myofascial release and SO much more.
