Additional Info: My office can be found inside the Weichert Realty building on the corner of Washington & Madison. The office is located on the 2nd floor, requiring stair use.

After spending 15 years in a corporate IT environment, I decided it was time to make a change. I've found that helping to facilitate healing in others is truly my calling and feel so happy that I get to do what I love each day! Of course, I'm not just a Massage Therapist. I'm also a wife and mother. I have a wonderful husband and two kids who keep me on my toes! I enjoy doing Crossfit to keep active and receive regular bodywork myself. I continue to expand and refine my knowledge of the body. I'm certified in Pre-Natal massage, Cupping Therapy, RockTape kinesiotaping, Yomassage and Barnes Myofascial Release. As of 2022, my focus will be on providing Myofascial Release exclusively.
