Description: Welcome to Jai Yoga! We are pleased to serve our Mid Coast Maine community with Yoga classes for all levels, body types and abilities! Founded in June of 2003, Jai Yoga works to create a compassionate community by teaching great yoga classes.
Additional Info: For the time being all of our classes are being held online in a live virtual format. Members will soon have access to a library of on-demand recorded classes as well.

Jennifer Nadeau is the owner and director of Jai Yoga Studio. Jennifer has been practicing yoga for over 30 years years and she has been teaching yoga professionally since 2002. She is an E-RYT500 and has over 1000 hours of training, and over 8000 hours teaching and seeing clients. She completed a 5-year training with the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy and in January of 2022 earned certification as a Professional Yoga Therapist with the IAYT International Association of Yoga Therapists. Jennifer teaches with heart and soul, bringing mindfulness and directed themes to class. She is an expert guide and facilitator, creating a safe space for students to be themselves. Jen enjoys bringing the benefits of yoga to people of all ages and life circumstances. Clients appreciate the way she meets them exactly where they are, to take them where they want to go. She is certified with Kripalu (200HR) and Pranakriya(200Hr) Schools of Yoga and Integrative Yoga Therapy (300HR). She has practiced extensively in the Jivamukti and Kundalini traditions as well. Jen specializes in bringing the tools of yoga into daily living, workplaces, and healing plans. "I am grateful and honored to share and spread the wisdom of yoga, created in India by the Indian people, to improve modern lives at home, play, and work, in healing and, spiritual growth.
