Jill Andrews CoreAlign & Pilates Instructor Jill fell in love with fitness and movement as a child. She trained at the School of Russian Ballet in Bermuda, where she performed for six seasons. Today, she remains passionate about promoting movement for children as the Director of the Young Children's Division of Capital City Dance Center. Jill teaches Pilates, Barre, & CoreAlign. Jill has completed training in Pilates for injury and special populations,along with Pilates for neuromuscular illnesses. Jill is Certified in BEMER Vascular Therapy, & is a Senior BEMER Distributor.
