Kathy has 24 years of experience in Massage Therapy. She holds an Exercise Science Degree and is Certified in Lymph Drainage Therapy. She is now studying a Brain Therapy Curriculum increasing knowledge and healing for whole body balance.
After 15 years of working with horses, John developed an intuition shared as a non-communicative partnership with animals. Bodywork was a natural response to the love he shared with these animals. It was then that John developed a love and passion for the muscular and skeletal system with the human body. John graduated from Virginia School of Massage in 2014 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. John has worked for Chiropractors and Hotel Spas. His talents include Deep Tissue Massage and Myofacial Release for structural alignment/ pain relief. He also practices Hot Stone Therapy, Rain Drop Therapy, and many spa services.
Roslyn is the latest addition to the JUST FOR THE HEALTH OF IT staff. She is currently the CEO of her company, Alchemic Aura, which focuses on all things wellness for the mind, body and spirit. Roslyn started out as a massage therapist after completing her training at Fuller School of Massage in 1988. She has maintained her massage skills over the years, and uses a variety of techniques like swedish and deep tissue massage, hot stone, shiatsu, acupressure, cranial sacral therapy, Thai massage, and healing touch. She is also an advocate of cutting edge biometric technology to scan her clients and learn of hidden issues. A certified Life Coach, personal fitness trainer, reflexologist, aromatherapist, and an advocate of nutritional healing, alternative therapies, and medicinal herbal remedies, Roslyn brings a plethora of knowledge and experience to help you get and stay healthy!
Elizabeth is an experienced massage therapist and bodywork practitioner who has been working in the field since 2015. Currently in her final year of school for acupuncture, she specializes in an integrative practice using techniques like deep tissue massage, tuina, guasha, cupping, and use of synergy stones. She also received training in Lypossage®, a non-invasive body contouring treatment that may help diminish the look of cellulite. When she's not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and cooking for them in her spare time. Her holistic and caring approach aims to help clients heal physically and emotionally through massage and bodywork.
