A graduate of Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic, I am a registered massage therapist with 20 years of experience. I specialize in different types of modalities such as deep tissue massage, prenatal massage and myofascial release. I help clients with anything from relaxation massage to work or postural related injuries and I provide personalized expertise with techniques for postural improvement, stretching and strengthening exercises.
