Hi, I’m Jill, a yogi, lifelong learner,  yoga teacher and Ayurveda Health Specialist. I work with the time-tested wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga to empower you with greater self-awareness and connection to your true nature. I believe it’s more important  than ever that we use the practices of Ayurveda and Yoga to reconnect with what’s real and meaningful. If we slow down enough and learn to listen, the answers to vibrant health and more empowered living can be found all around us.
