Carla Moodie is an intuitive, integrative, therapeutic and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is dedicated to holistic well being and lifestyle. Carla received her 500 hour massage training and accreditation from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, which included ethics, anatomy, physiology and pathology. Her focus in massage are in the areas of Swedish Massage, Deep Muscle & Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Pregnancy & Post-Partum Massage and Relaxation Massage. Her focus in bodywork includes Integrative Positional Therapy, Integrative Acupressure, Thai Massage, Reiki, Energy Balancing, and Chakra Balancing. Carla also has her Yoga Teacher Certification (CYT) from Kripalu and has been sharing the gift of yoga for over 16 years now. Massage, bodywork and yoga really blend well together providing in-depth knowledge and awareness with the human anatomy and how it functions for optimum health. This combination of knowledge is what Carla pulls from.
