Owner of Release Massage Therapy, Ellen has practiced massage for 23 years, including sports, lymphatic drainage (Vodder Technique), prenatal, deep tissue and Reflexology. She offers relief from soft tissue restriction and improvement in overall health & wellness.

Meg brings an international flair to her work having studied at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy. Her sessions can incorporate work in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Thai massage or energy work. Meg is excited to help people find relief from physical and emotional stress, a better sense of well being and reconnection with their bodies.
