Enter through the parking lot door, when inside there is a staircase that will take you up to suite #200. ***Inherent Harmony does not accept persons under the age of 18 without a parent or legal guardian present. ***CANCELLATION POLICY If you should have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made after 24hrs for personal bodywork sessions will be charged 50% of the service amount. No call - No shows will be charged the full amount of their scheduled service. ***There are no refunds for workshops or classes. Thank you for your understanding.

I have been practicing bodywork for over 7 years now. Your time on my table is your own and my greatest intention is to allow you to take up space and make the time we have together, ABOUT YOU. In my experience I have found that many people are simply looking for support and to have safe space held for them. This allows for their mind, body and spirit to do the work it needs for their own healing and evolution. My goal is not to “fix” your issues, my goal is to provide a space for you to be completely present within yourself. The more I can help a person relax into presence, the deeper their tension releases and the body begins to restore itself. My massage practice is rooted in long, slow movements that glide WITH the tissue, using firm and full contact pressure. My Craniosacral & Reiki practice is provided by following the bodies subtle signs and movements. Having conversations with your subconscious and following your lead. With permission I allow myself to open as a direct channel of pure life force energy to freely flow and be received. I will never claim to “heal” anyone. I believe in the bodies ability to heal itself and my job is to facilitate the space for it to do so. You possess all the power and medicine within yourself and I am here to help on your journey to remembering and reclaiming it.
