Dr. Caulfield specializes in movement efficiency and athletic performance training. Currently, he is a rugby coach for Chicago's Women's Premier League rugby team, Chicago North Shore, and the Naperville Warriors Rugby Club. He is also a coach for Eagle Impact Rugby Academy (EIRA), the largest select side program in the U.S.
Brad focuses on working to eliminate pain and restriction by combining mobility, stability and strength exercises to promote better overall body movement. After a successful college football career at Western Michigan University and five seasons in the NFL mini-camps and AFL, Chris transitioned to coaching in 2007, founding ProForce Sports Performance Training in Batavia, IL. With over 20+ years of experience, Chris has personally coached over 3,000+ clients from the highest level professional athletes in the NBA, NFL, MLS, MLB college, high school and rehab patients with many different types of injuries/conditions, and clients from every walk of life looking to achieve looking, feeling, and performing better. Chris’s coaching approach is comprehensive and specializes in speed training, skill development, mobilization, strength training, and velocity-based training. His goal has always been to help his clients unlock their full potential, utilizing both his knowledge and firsthand experience.
Coach Joe is a passionate and dedicated performance coach with experience training youth athletes in functional strength, speed, agility, and power. With a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Aurora University, Coach Joe combines academic knowledge with practical, hands-on coaching to develop well-rounded athletes. A former collegiate football and rugby player, Coach Joe brings a competitive edge and deep understanding of the demands of both individual and team sports. Having played at a high level, Coach Joe is driven to pass on skills and training methods that help young athletes unlock their full potential, both physically and mentally. Known for creating training programs that focus on building athleticism, enhancing performance, and preventing injury, Coach Joe takes pride in motivating athletes to reach their goals and exceed expectations, all while instilling a strong foundation of discipline, work ethic, and teamwork.
