Kendra Harnden is a pun-lover whose classes are playful, flowing, and heartfelt. She enjoys graphic design, watching dorky documentaries, and singing along with AC/DC. She loves yoga because it makes her feel good and allows her to eat more brownies. Her favorite place is hanging out with her husband and their yellow lab on a leafy trail. Kendra completed her 200-hour teacher training with YogaFit and is certified with Yoga Alliance. She is a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, Level 1 Reiki, and has completed additional training in trauma-informed yoga, communication and breathwork, meditation and hands-on adjustments, Sanskrit, the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras and Chanting, yoga for seniors, anatomy and alignment, pre/postnatal, and use of Props. She hopes her students step off the mat feeling refreshed, balanced, and at ease in their bodies.
