Laura Diedrich
Laura Diedrich

Laura has been practicing yoga on and off since 2001. In 2023 she decided it was time to dive deeper into her own practice and completed a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training led by lifelong friend and incredible teacher, Jamie Marion (E-RYT 500, JMYogaSchool). She truly believes yoga is for everybody and that your practice will meet you where you are in the present moment; no expectations or judgement. Laura's classes focus on breath, asana (physical poses) and meditation; honoring yoga's roots.
