Cynthia is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Licensed Acupuncturist. She believes in the importance of combining Western and Eastern medicine in order to gain a deeper understanding about what the client is experiencing.
Loukia Mastrodimos
Loukia obtained her 200 hour yoga teacher training and certification in 2015 and is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, the accrediting body for yoga instructors. She teaches hatha/gentle yoga, vinyasa flow, and restorative yoga classes.
