Birdie started her Healing career in 2009 when she attended massage school at Denver School of Massage Therapy and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado. After Massage Therapy school she attained her Associates Degree in Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Integrated Healthcare with an emphasis on Nutrition. She became a certified level 3 Meditative Reiki Healer in 2016. She has found a passion in energy work. In 2018 she became a meditation instructor who works with individuals and groups. She also works as a CPD (Certified Professional Doula) in supporting families in child birth and postpartum care. Her mission is to awaken your full healing potential and support balance to your mind body and spirit. She is committed to providing practical tools and soulful guidance for people to improve their physical, emotional and spiritual wellness.
