Helen
Helen

A graduate of The Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA, Helen has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for more than 18 years and an Orthopedic Massage Therapist for the past 6 years. Over the years through Continuing Education classes Helen has trained in several modalities that seem to blend well together. Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Traumatic Scar Management. Helen employs a blend of these modalities offering a gentle and effective approach to dealing with pain, misalignment of structures and restriction of movement. All of these symptoms may occur from scar tissue which can be softened and realigned over time. Some changes may occur more quickly than others, but over time one may see improvement in postural alignment to freedom of movement to a reduction in pain. Along with these physical changes, an emotional component of ease may be noted.
