My name is Javelin Hardy owner and operator of Healing from the Heart LLC. I’ve been a Social Worker for 33 years working in mental health and addiction. I’ve worked with various clients who a history of trauma and I realized I was one of them. I start practicing Yoga then added Reiki and Vibrational Sound Therapy to address what I was feeling in my body. Along with personal counseling and therapy I’m living a balanced and peaceful life. I’ve been practicing Reiki 10 years and practitioner the past two years and Yoga the past 15 years and instructor the past year in an half. Come build your practice.
