I have been a massage therapist since 1999, specializing in Swedish massage blended with neuromuscular therapy. I offer a customized session with each visit, focusing on therapeutic massage to help with chronic pain. I prefer the term therapeutic massage to deep tissue because depth of pressure is relative to each person and can change from session to session. In 2023 I became a Master Certified Life Coach. After may years of helping people feel better in their bodies, I am excited to now be able to help people improve their lives! Life coaching is a fantastic way to help you reach goals that have so far seemed unattainable.
