Hiya! I'm excited to share tools & techniques that have radically changed my life and body since 2012, Access Consciousness®. Hands-on energetic bodywork, verbal coaching & asking questions, to name a few. These processes can assist your mind & body in releasing limiting beliefs and stuck energy. If you're willing to have more ease, joy & glory in all areas of your life, then let's chat about how I can contribute to you! In addition to coaching & energetic bodywork, I also offer Young Living Raindrop Technique® sessions. The light touch application of pure essential oils to the back & feet helps to balance the body boost your immune system! Finally, I'm a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher with specializations in Restorative, Nidra & Curvy instruction. I believe that EVERYbody is a yoga body. I promote a body-positive, safe environment for those who have wanted to try yoga but are not comfortable attending class in the traditional studio environment. I look forward to meeting you soon!
