Carole is the founder and owner of YOGA ON THE CANAL. She has completed the 200hourYoga Teacher Training with One Yoga in Wilmington Delaware, and is now registered with Yoga Alliance. As a yoga student of Carole's, you will learn to use your body, breath and mind to focus on balance and strength. Students feel energized and flexible once they have completed their final pose of Savasana. As Carole continues with Yoga education, also certified in Yin Yoga beating stress and anxiety, she will help you feel at ease to take on life's daily challenges with a clear mind. As a certified health and wellness coach, Carole helps those individuals WISHING to relieve belly bloat and lose some unwanted extra pounds. Working with Carole you can achieve your health goals and clear up brain fog to get a great night sleep as you gain more energy. Carole and her husband Rich enjoy boating, crabbing and fishing while entertaining friends and family at their home in Chesapeake City. Together they share four children along with their spouses and eight grandchildren.
