Through their consultations and unique cutting and coloring skills, Lucy delivers what is realistic for your hair type and your lifestyle.

Salon Owner Juan started his career in 2002. It didn’t take long for him to have a following of clients that appreciate his attention to detail. Juan has always aspired to own a salon so that he could create the perfect experience and vibe. Because of his dedication to be the best, Juan has continued education well beyond getting his master's in cosmetology. He has trained under some of the nation’s best stylists and educators helping to make him one of the most sought-after stylists in the Seattle area. His artistic talents include all aspects of hair, but Juan specializes in precise hair cutting techniques, curly, sleek smoothing keratin treatments and one-of-a-kind color applications. Juan uses only Green, Ethical, 100% Vegan, Sustainable hairdressing practices, and products in Glam and Tonics. Juan Loves creating something from nothing, especially the process of getting there. Part of the journey for Juan always includes making mistakes, finding workarounds, and using his imagination, it's through this process where some of his greatest ideas are born. Fortunately, Juan gets to do this every day, and that's why he Love what he does.

Jessica loves coloring hair and creating great experiences for her guests. From classic to creative looks – show her an image and she can tell you what it takes to achieve it for you. A work hard, play hard Seattleite- when not at the salon, Jessica enjoys spending time in nature, a strong americano, all things architecture & real estate, being on the water, yoga and most importantly: raising her two kids.

Juliet has been a hair stylist, colorist and special occasion stylist for over 28 years. Her passion is to help people bring out the best in themselves. She loves to engage about the important things in life, love, family, the environment, and empowerment for a brighter future. She is an ally and advocate for marginalized communities. She Loves fashion coaching, helping people express themselves through color from head to toe, and overall expression of the whole person.

While she now likes to consider herself a haircut essentialist, Erica’s original inspiration for becoming a haircut specialist was an idea to marry the elements of creativity, personal style, and rituals of transformation. If supporting a healthy planet could be incorporated? She could imagine a lifetime career. Here we are 26 years later. A native Seattleite, Erica has been a stylist here in the Aveda network the whole time. While she loves all lengths, styles, and textures, she has a special affinity for waves and curls. She brings a soothing, mindful presence to her services, underpinned by a substantial well of experiences spanning practical, creative and knowledgeable. She’s a great troubleshooter too. Erica’s love for the natural world has led her to study things like wild-crafting, ecopsychology and occasionally exploring other lands.
