Martial Arts Scott is from Mantua, Ohio graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Akron and served for the Summit County (Akron, Ohio) Prosecutors office as a criminal investigator. Went thru The Ohio Police Academy and was deputized from the Summit County Sheriff’s department. Soon thereafter he went to work for Medway Enforcement Group a state and multiple counties-backed drug enforcement groups as an Undercover Narcotic Agent. Received training from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA Federal Drug Enforcement). Received other firearm tactical classes from other training law enforcement agencies. Scott became an instructor for COBRA self-defense/fitness and for IDS (Integrative Defense Strategies) from one of the top instructors in the U.S. (Todd Fossey from Funker Tactical). COBRA is basically self-defense with hands (no weapons) which is Law Enforcement based using techniques that have been tried and proven and easily learned for everyone. IDS is a firearms self-defense based in a close quarter’s combative situation. Because 86% of all attacks happen within 6 feet. Training in close quarters requires for you to build muscle memory so you can defend yourself in real-life situations which requires training over and over.
