It brings Coach Emma great joy to work with up and coming athletes, establishing long term relationships and trust with the player and their families. Her main focus is for the player to leave each session with improved knowledge, performance, confidence, and positivity. Emma started playing softball when she was 7 years old and never turned back. She quickly transitioned from recreational to all-stars, competitive travel and her ultimate goal of playing in college. Emma played 1 year at Carroll University, and transferred completing her last 3 years at The University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. Emma was a very versatile athlete she pitched for 11 years, meanwhile has expertise in the middle infield and the outfield. She was a natural right handed hitter however, transitioned to a full lefty hitter/slapper as a freshmen in high school. Coach Emma may have completed her career playing however, her mission now is to live through her athletes successes and hard work.
