Free State of Mind SUP Yoga 

I am a life-long yogi, & a practitioner of many styles of yoga. I believe integrating pranayama (breath work) and asana (movement) release the body, leaving one practice feeling connected with self, surroundings and, free-of-mind. I spent over a decade as a student to Kelly Colln, a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) & former owner of KC Yoga Center. Later receiving my 200 hours from Kansas City Yoga Teacher Training, a collaborative effort of Kelly, Leah and Angie. Leah Morgan, is the owner of Core Balance Yoga, & the co-creator of the Kansas City Yoga Festival. Angie Eckenroth is the owner Radiant Yoga, & the co-creator of the Kansas City Yoga Festival. I hold E-RYT 200 Certification & am a Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance. Currently in development, Board with Yoga® SUP Yoga Teacher Training will be released Summer 2021. Register NOW! I found much joy in SUP Yoga while training for RYT-200. SUP Yoga has been my favorite way of finding humility within yoga, adding laughter without hesitation in my practice- such as life! I have been selected as a Jade Pro Ambassador.
