Hello and welcome to my bodywork practice. My passion is in serving your optimal health, mobility, and vitality. I use various techniques and tools to support you in releasing tension, gaining function, and relaxation. In a session, we have the options of using massage, cupping, hot stones, guasha, Neural Reset Therapy, Somatic Experiencing trauma resolution and nervous system regulation, or any combination of those to achieve your goals.
