I opened DeGrazia's Hair Design in May of 1982. 2011 I headed north to Shoreline to do business @ Salon Stephen Crago and to continue my education in the hair business. Salon Stephen Crago is now Frederick's and I am happy to be working with a new group of stylist and owners to further my hair knowledge. I still keep my motor revving in Greenwood working with the non-profit Greenwood Car Show, and am proud to say I am one of the founding members. It gives a lot back to the community.

After decades being the owner AND being behind the chair Philis has hung up her smock and has retired. She now lives her best life on the shores of Lake Washington with her husband and her ducks.
