Barb started paddle boarding with Fearless Females after attending a SUP Yoga class and LOVED the added challenge of being on the board. After completing a 10km SUP charity event she knew she had found her place. The fitness and fun of paddle boarding, fused with the mental and physical challenges of Yoga blended so perfectly, she had to get involved. An adventurous mom of four, Barb is a Registered Yoga Teacher, holds an Absolute Essentials certificate in Children’s Yoga, Paddle Canada Certified Instructor , and PADI certified scuba diver.
Amanda Tripp is a long-time yoga teacher and teacher trainer. She discovered surfing while living on Vancouver Island in the 2000s and has basically been enthused about riding a board ever since. When she's not teaching yoga, you can find Amanda roaming Niagara's waters on her SUP board. Her love for yoga and the outdoors is completely contagious! And she rocks a delicious savasana
RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor Meaghan is a Port Colborne based yoga teacher who teaches at various locations throughout the Niagara Region. A long time dancer and dance instructor, Meaghan fell in love with yoga after her first class. She relishes the “practice” of yoga and takes pleasure in showing up on her mat everyday: moving, breathing, being, growing. Meaghan is a mom to 3 beautiful daughters and her downtime is spent making memories with them and enjoying time with family and friends.
After practicing yoga for most of her life, Rebecca became a yoga teacher in 2017. When not practicing yoga or working as an Occupational Therapist, Rebecca can be found enjoying the outdoors! Her love for being on the water, and passion for movement, naturally lead her to SUP yoga! Rebecca weaves functional movements & mindful moments throughout her classes for the perfect balance of challenge & relaxation, with a hint of playfulness.
Joanna attended Concord University in West Virginia on a soccer scholarship and studied sports management. After graduating from Concord she became a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. In addition to working for Fearless she works at a local gym as a head trainer for the Bootcamp program, and a personal Trainer.
