Amanda works as an Integrative therapist. All of her sessions include the use of Aromatherapy and Hot Stones. As an integrative therapist she utilizes a combination of multiple techniques: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Healing Touch and Acupressure. Each session is tailored to what your body is needing for that particular day. Amanda specializes in helping folks overcome problems with Stress and Anxiety, migraines, stress headaches, and chronic neck and jaw problems. Amanda's massage technique has been described by her clients as ‘ A not-rushed, meditative/relaxing experiencing while also addressing deep tissue muscle pain.’
