I have over 12 years experience, and have received training in Sports massage, Mountain bike Bike Fit, Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Acupressure, Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Massage and 200 hours of Yoga teacher training. An outdoor enthusiast and lifelong athlete, I am an avid mountain biker, skier, hunter and distance runner.
