Kim is a certified Group Exercise and Pilates Instructor as well as a Yogafit 200-hour Teacher. Yoga classes with Kim will involve linking together the breath with poses to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance to complement the activities of our daily lives at every level. Kim’s Pilates classes offer a total body, low-impact, flexibility workout focusing on controlled core movements and muscular strength.
