Sarah York
Sarah York, RYT 200 is a devoted and welcoming yoga and mediation teacher. She has been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2015. She is a student of Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts and received her YTT certification under Yoganand Michael Carroll and Tra Kirkpatrick. Since then, Sarah has continued to study with Pranakriya and the Integrative Restoration (iRest) Institute with a focus on working with all populations. Sarah is a firm believer in the transformational and timeless tools of yoga to bring all students a sense of empowerment, wellness and aliveness. She teaches a wide variety of classes to share all that yoga can bring to a practitioner.
