I especially enjoy working with clients to promote wellness and relaxation through traditional swedish massage, reiki, as well as offering specialized bodywork including myofascial release and PNF/MET (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation/Muscle Energy Techniques) for more chronic or recurring muscle symptoms.
