Description: I have been a massage therapist in Cedar Rapids since 2013, but I was trained in Massachusetts. My practice is heavily focused for deep tissue, orthopedic, myofascial, trigger point techniques. I have also been certified in cupping and aroma therapies.

Additional Info: Now that I am housed inside a yoga studio, this is a great opportunity to choose a class and get a massage before or after.

Hello! I am Heather: Licensed massage therapist, certified cupping therapist, certified yoga teacher, DoTerra wellness advocate, and certified Symphony of the Cells and AromaTouch therapy provider. I am also an opera singer! As you can see I have a lot of passions and my biggest passion is learning how to help people feel better in their bodies and more peaceful and balanced in their lives. While living in Boston, I stumbled into a yoga class and fell in love. Through my studies in Ashtanga, Yin, and Insight meditation, I realized I wanted to go deeper and help others find the same joy I have. So I completed my teacher training and then a massage program and came running home to Iowa to create a life and career. I take pride in my ability to tailor the massages I offer to the needs of my clients using the unique combination of skills I have acquired including becoming certified in cupping therapy and Symphony of the Cells essential oil treatments.
