I am Vivian Diaz. I am grateful to be alive today and serve with compassion y con mucho amor. I am a Yoga and Meditation Guide, Reiki Practitioner, Vaginal Steam Facilitator, Birth Doula, and Traditional (Indigenous) Postpartum Doula. I am fascinated by the mind and body connection, and our ability to heal, learn, create, and evolve. I believe all individuals have the right to personal autonomy, to feel safe and supported throughout their journey, one breath at a time. The study and practice of Yoga has transformed my life physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually and continues to bring balance into my life. I feel honored to support all in the remembrance of the power within to heal the mind, body, and spirit. I am grateful for the guidance and support I receive from my ancestors, teachers, and everyone I have the honor of working with, who inspire me to continue to dive deeper into this sacred work.
