The experience was brutal, but one that sparked my interest in body mechanics and taught me the importance of holistic health. Years later, a battle with gender dysphoria led me to become the trainer I am today: body positive, gender affirming, and an advocate for the best *you* there is. Whether you are recovering from an injury, looking for a lifestyle change or just need a reset, I'm here to help. My qualifications include: Masters in Exercise Science; NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Weight Loss Specialist; NASE Speed and Explosion Specialist; Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach; USA Rugby L-200 Coach; Social Emotional Learning Certification; 9 years of hands-on experience with youth and adults.
