Ernesto initial training was at the Phoenix School of Massage with an emphasis on holistic healing. He continues to study additional techniques. Main therapy uses Thai techniques along with myofascial release and range of motion. Work on frozen shoulders, prenatal, sciatica, tendentious and other issue. His massages are intense but he specializes in fixing shoulders, hips, and can open the body. When you leave you will be relaxed and ready to face the world.
