I am a Certified Instructor of Shen-Hammer Pulse Diagnosis and I hold a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine (2012). I am also a graduate of the Hakomi Institute of Oregon/META Institute (2017) and have therein and elsewhere received advanced training and consultation in Hakomi, R-CS, and Primary Attachment Psychotherapy methods. When at my best, I provide a solid, heartful container in which various forms of healing can occur. I believe that we all are innately whole and yet also comprised of so many intricate, precious, and attention-worthy parts. I tend to be gentle, playful, direct, and loving.

This medicine enables us to heal ourselves individually and by extension, collectively. Aptly utilized, Chinese medicine (and medical theory) is a framework which illuminates a greater understanding of all the spaces, roles, relationships, and habitual ways we inhabit our body and mind. I hold a Doctorate of Science in Oriental Medicine degree from the National College of Natural Medicine and have received advanced training in Myofascial Release and Cranialsacral Therapy.

The body has a homeodynamic intelligence that knows how to restore balance. With an integrative system of holistic medicine, we remind the body of this knowledge and nudge it back towards wholeness. In service of this inherent knowing, I offer a blend of Classical Chinese Medicine—both acupuncture and herbal therapy, cranialsacral, applied qigong, mindfulness-based practices, and flower essences.

At the heart of my approach to treatment lies the empowerment of the patient. I view symptoms as messages, and delight in the process of diagnosis and discovery possible within the therapeutic relationship. With a deep commitment to the classical roots of herbalism and acupuncture, I offer my patients not only relief from symptoms, but increased self-awareness through healing the root causes of illness. I hold a Doctor of Science in Oriental Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine. Additionally, I am trained in Tami Kent’s lineage of Holistic Pelvic Care™ and have certifications in craniosacral therapy and myofascial release.

I provide a holistic integration of deep tissue, myofascial release, relaxation, energy work, and craniosacral therapy. Each treatment is derived from a place of deep listening, allowing the body to guide the session. Together we tap into the stillness to allow for the inherent wisdom of the body to speak. The day we meet, we focus on your immediate needs as well as long term goals and conditions. Sessions open the space for release, unwinding, pain relief, and relaxation. As a birth doula and a Clinical Herbalist, I provide resources and education according to the particular needs of your body and spirit. I also offer prenatal massage for expecting parents.

Hi! I’m white, queer, and an eating disorder and brain injury survivor. I’m also hard of hearing and may ask you to speak up. I love walking, drawing, and paying attention to things I see and feel outside. My approach to care work is rooted in three truths: that you know best what is happening for your body; that systems of oppression are real and serve as primary causes of disease; that many choices and behaviors maligned by conventional and alternative medicine are quite simply ways we are all trying to cope or survive. As your practitioner, I will offer my knowledge in service of yours to craft a treatment that supports your pacing and agency. I have a variety of tools (including insertive and non-insertive needling, East Asian herbal medicine, and bodywork) and am happy to recalibrate my approach as your needs change.
