Initial Appointments are focused on assessment to view muscle patterns, postural imbalances, and areas that may lack strength, activation and blood flow. Rebekah Neubert
Rebekah Neubert

Rebekah graduated the West Coast College of Massage Therapy on December 7, 2012. The program, which spanned over two and a half years, totaling 3000 hours. To further her education and practical abilities, she has enrolled and is currently studying at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. This has allowed her to continue to be challenged as a practitioner, to a “whole body” viewpoint and allow a perspective of body unity, versus compartmentalized treatments. Knowledge towards a balanced treatment approach will restore homeostasis in the vital systems of the body (musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, neurological, cranial and visceral). This skillset advancement will encourage a mature ever-evolving practice from a practical and personal level.

During her studies she has realized the body’s ability to heal & feels blessed to have discovered this work. Through her own transformation & healing, while immersed in the training, she has come to understand just how intelligent the body is & how crucial it is to listen to it. Kristen started her journey of health in 2004, studying Kinesiology and obtaining her Diploma of Fitness & Health. Her passion for travel has taken her all over the world, landing in India in 2012 where she became a certified Yoga Instructor. She also completed her Pilates Mat Level 1 training in Victoria in 2017. Kristen loves the outdoors & uses nature as a place of joy & healing. In her free time you will find her hiking, biking, camping, practicing yoga, strolling the beach & swimming in any body of water that she can find, always accompanied by her loved ones and her dog India!

Shawn Matyczuk

In my practice I’ve supported people through all stages of life; children to 105 years old. Tides of the ocean are ever changing and so are our life patterns. These patterns or “transitions” can be challenging times but the may also hold the key to invaluable and rewarding sources of insight and healing. These life patterns include birth, spiritual journeys, healing from injury or illness, trauma, becoming a parent, loss of a loved on, aging, and the end of life. Over the past 18 years, I have been a support to many people navigating life’s tides from birth until death. I’ve done this through being a Nurse, Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Massage Specialist. I’m so grateful for my experiences and how they have shaped and formed my journey. Currently, along side my practice, I have been a Resident Care Manager for Trillium Clover Point Care for the last 7 years providing elderly care and Craniosacral therapy until the end of life.

Kaitlin Kiddey
Kaitlin Kiddey

Kaitlin has recently graduated from the Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Shiatsu Therapist program at Windsong College of Healing Arts. She has been trained in the following modalities: Meridian Shiatsu massage, Acupressure, Reiki, Chinese Reflexology, Iridology, Qi Gong, and Vibrational healing (including colour, sound, and crystals). The primary focus behind all treatments with Kaitlin is the mind, soul, and body connection of her client. Her intention is to create a space of physical/emotional/spiritual well-being and to always put health first. She encourages patients to remember the link between physical and emotional healing and supports them on their own private healing journeys. She uses her extensive knowledge of the internal energetic pathways in the body to encourage movement and unity while targeting physical points on the physical body to complement each other and result in a full body session
