I’ve been practicing yoga for only 2 short years, but it was something that found me in a particular hard time in my life and I don’t intend on ever letting it go! Yoga for me is about self exploration, its about finding your own limits and beliefs and challenging them, both physically and mentally! Yoga has taught me I can do anything or be anything, and I don’t have to follow what people say I have to be or become, that I create my own path and to have fun along the way! Yoga’s taught me not to take things so seriously. If you fall, roll around on the ground for a bit, who knows you might find a fun new pose! I love practicing and teaching flow/vinyasa style classes, but welcome all styles of yoga!
As an instructor I want to provide safe and secure guidance to helping you challenge everything you thought you couldn’t do whether it be popping up into a head stand or challenging limiting beliefs you once thought about yourself! Outside of the studio I work as a Barista, I love bei

Hello! My name is Robyn Brett. After working in a busy downtown Family Law Firm for 15 years, I left my corporate job in 2014 to acquire my initial Yoga Teaching Certification in Fiji. I obtained my 200 hour YTT and since then I have obtained my 300 Advanced Teacher Training Certification in Maui in 2019. I now have the following certifications with Yoga Alliance: E-RYT 200, RYT 500 & YACEP. I am fully insured, registered with Yoga Alliance and have my First Aid/CPR Certificate. I have experience in teaching large group yoga sessions at Community Centres, Senior’s Communities, Special Needs Communities, Corporate Offices and private one on one or small group sessions. I am certified and trained in the following: · Meditation; · Hatha Yoga; · Vinyasa Flow; · Restorative Yin; · Chair Yoga; · Pre & Post natal Yoga; · YACEP Designate (I am able to offer Courses through Yoga Alliance as well as train students to become 200-hour Yoga Instructors) Practicing Yoga regularly relaxes the mind and calms the body. There are many different types of yoga to suit a variation of needs. If you are disabled or are restricted in any way, know that any BODY can do yoga and there are many options for you! My name is Marie, and I found yoga by chance one lazy Sunday afternoon about 7 years ago. At the time I had no idea what I was getting myself into, or how it would drastically impact my life from that day forward. Looking back now… I wouldn’t have had it any other way. It all started with one very hot, very sweaty, and very challenging 90 minute class of Bikram style yoga. I honestly thought that I was going to die by the time it was over. I didn't know what I was doing, I was a fish out of water. But gloriously the class ended, and I gathered my belongings and made for my car. And when I reached my car… I sat. In exhaustion. In reverence. In contemplation. In awe. I think I might have sat, staring off into space for about half an hour- no sounds pulling me out, no thoughts creeping in, just stillness. And then like a tidal wave, I was back. I felt fantastic. I felt like I could take on the world. And that was the beginning of my journey. I went back and did it again the next day.
