Leah is a Connecticut licensed massage therapist and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She graduated from the Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy in 2013 and also has a passion for teaching Pilates. Leah is a firm believer that the body is designed to heal itself through diet, exercise, rest and reset and of course, massage. She has an enjoyment for assisting individuals reach their goals of feeling their best. Leah loves combining deep tissue with sports massage while centering in on areas that need more attention to make every massage a one of a kind unique experience. She also offers Swedish, hot stone, and chair massage. Her passion for aromatherapy has led her to become a Doterra wellness advocate.

Eva Lister graduated in 2012 from CT School of Massage Therapy. Eva is also a certified herbalist, and has been practicing community herbalism for over 30 years. Eva graduated from UCONN with a BS in human development and family relations, concentrating in social work, and obtained her MS in education from Eastern. She specializes in Swedish massage, is skilled it deep tissue work, and has an affinity for working with elders. Eva incorporates her knowledge of a variety of healing modalities including aromatherapy and energy work, along with massage, to help people engage there innate healing ability on their personal journeys to healing and wellness. Her hours are Monday through Thursday 10 to 7 and various Saturdays by arrangement.
