Hello! I'm Barb ~ Inspired Wellness Collaborator, Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, and Mind-Body Nourishment Coach. Each and every one of us has our own unique story to tell and the need to be nurtured and heard. There is a balance between the inner self and the happenings of life around us. Amidst the chaos of life, I support humans to find the calm. Releasing limiting beliefs so they may move forward with energy and confidence, freeing themselves of stress, fatigue, and weight & body issues. My work is integrative, combining intuitive and mindful eating practices with mind-body awareness to dismantle the confusion and worry around food and diet. My goal is to help you find contentment at any weight, while moving towards the healthiest, most vibrant version of yourself! Diets don’t work. Restricting whole food groups, eat this/don’t eat that, is unsustainable and sets you up for failure. It is time to STEP OUT of the vicious cycle of losing and gaining the same weight and find a way of eating that nourishes you completely. Our work together explores immune system support, lymphatic self-care practices, intentional practices for stress-less living, establishing nourishing wellness (habits) practices, kitchen creativity, and herbal medicine in your cupboard. Establishing new habits takes time to integrate and refine. For long-term results, consistent support and reinforcement is best as *this* is always connected to *that*. To work on the bigger picture, my commitment is to support and guide you over three months with nine coaching sessions and unlimited email support as you explore and reframe your relationship with food, your body, and your gorgeous-big-picture-healthy-life. The beauty of my 3-month approach is that we may navigate the resistance which comes up for most people in the face of drastic change, thus making sure the work we do, and the investment you make, continues to manifest for the rest of your life.
