Elaina is a registered massage therapist that specializes in cupping therapy and deep tissue massage. Her goals are to help solve any issue you may be experiencing, whether a new injury or ongoing chronic pain. Working with you is key to her treatment so each session is customized to your specific needs.

Jade graduated from WCRMT in 2021 and is a registered massage therapist with Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA). Her goal is to give each client the treatment that's best for them, whether that's relaxation or therapeutic massage therapy. Jade specializes in cupping therapy and deep tissue massage.

Crystal graduated from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in October of 2024 and the WCRMT in 2017 for Massage therapy. She is registered with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA). Assessment during MOT appointments and a unique treatment of the body has furthered her treatment to new levels at helping those looking for a more holistic approach to health. Crystal combines relaxation and therapeutic techniques during massage appointments to target and address every clients needs in hopes to return them to function. She believes that with the use of treatment, exercise and targeted stretches, she can help her clients feel their best. Crystal’s passion for helping others drives her to continue to gain knowledge each and every day.

Morgan is a registered massage therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She graduated from the WCRMT in Regina in 2023. She believes in assessment-based massage when it comes to treating dysfunctions to facilitate a return to function plan. She believes in the significance of continued education and makes it a priority to enroll in new courses to expand her knowledge to further aid her clients. Her areas of interest are piriformis syndrome, sciatica, and a special interest in children's sports massage.

Shannon is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist specializing in foot reflexology therapy, which involves applying pressure to specific areas on the feet to promote overall well-being throughout the body.
