I have worked closely with experienced Massage Therapists, Personal Trainers, Chiropractors and Physiotherapists, in gym, clinic and spa settings. I have over 20 years experience and have learned many valuable perspectives on how to encourage healing and functionality to return where it has gone out of balance. Since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver in 2001, I have taken post graduate courses in Systemic Deep Tissue Massage, Muscle Balance and Function, Muscle Energy, Joint Mobilization, Visceral Manipulation, Somatics, Yoga for Massage Therapists, Myofascial Techniques and continue to learn and grow as a Somatic Yoga Instructor by witnessing students find more comfort and mobility in my classes.
