Immersed in fitness, yoga, and dance education most of my life, I began teaching under the wings of my teachers in 1999. I presently lead group classes and private lessons to adults of all ages. I believe dynamic and enjoyable movement rituals are key for overall physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual well-being through experience, expression and connection. My fitness perspective is founded in exercise science and structural integrity with most recent studies with Anatomy Trains & The Art of Motion. I teach yoga through the lens of my experiences with Hatha, Vinyasa, Shri Vidya Tantra, Trauma Informed and Condition Specific yoga studies, and the lineage of my dance perspective is informed by Step 1, Jodette, Fahtiem, Amy Sigil, Aubrey Hill, Dance Craft Key, 8 Elements Cultivation and April Rose.
