Shannon is versed in Myofascial Vacuum Cupping. She offers Pregnancy Massage, Labour and Delivery Support Massage (Doula Services) and teaches an Infant Massage course. Shannon works with sports related injuries and volunteers with the Sask Selects Football and The Regina Thunder Football programs. WCB injuries and Motor Vehicle Injury Claims.

RMT and Owner of Cathedral Sports Massage Ocean-Jade is a registered massage therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies here in Regina in 2016. Ocean-Jades treatment are tailored towards therapeutic and sports related injuries. She has additional training in myofascial cupping, hot stone massage, traditional Thai reflexology (hand and foot), MLD (manual lymphatic drainage) and pregnancy massage and is now offering doula services. Her areas of interest for treatment include cervical injury and hip and low back dysfunction.

Todd Stewart, RMT

Todd has been in practice for 19yrs. He brings experience as a former athlete and interest in sports to his treatments. Todd has worked with various youth and amateur clubs/individuals. He has training in Myofascial Cupping, Thai Massage, Pre/Post Sports Massage and mobility(movement) work. Todd's areas of interest are dysfunctions of the low back, shoulder and wrist/hand.

Leah Bergstrom, RMT

Leah is a registered massage therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies here in Regina in 2020. Whether you are looking for deep tissue work, a relaxation massage, or something in between, Leah creates personal assessment based treatments for each individual client. She is very passionate about helping her clients properly recover through injuries and providing preventative care. Leah has additional training in Assisted Stretching Therapy, Rapid Neurofascial Reset and IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) is up next. Her love of learning will have her continuing to expand her knowledge and skills whenever she can!

Sarah is a registered massage therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies here in Regina in 2020. Sarah has a keen interest in determining the underlying cause of her client’s dysfunctions. Upon graduation Sarah immediately sought out courses to further her knowledge in injury management and treatment. Orthopaedic Massage through the Seminars for Health was of particular interst. She has also completed courses in IASTM, Facilitated Stretching.

Tanya is a passionate and dedicated 2nd year student at Western College of Remedial Therapies graduating in June 2024 After spending 20 years in the Design/Computer industry she decided it was time for a 3rd profession. Life long interest in the human body, wellbeing and fitness led her to massage therapy as a new career. Tanya is looking forward to starting her journey as a Registered Massage Therapist as well as taking Continuing Education courses to stay up-to-date with the latest advancement in the industry. She already has certificates in Soft Tissue Release and IASTM (Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation) and has an interest in Injury Rehabilitation, Infant massage and much more
