Rachel is a registered massage therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She graduated from the Alberta Institute of Massage in Red Deer, AB in 2013. Rachel has always been fascinated with the human body. How it moves. What makes it tick. She believes there is a reason behind dysfunction and pain, this curiosity is what led her to specialize in myofascial release. Rachel believes in the biopsychosocial model and client centered care.
