Tash $$$ aka Natasha Vranic is a hairdresser extraordinaire, co-founder of Craft Salon, and proud owner of the 10 (hopefully) coolest fingernails you’ll ever see. After nine years behind the chair, and educating with Paul Mitchell, she has finally made her dream a reality and co-founded a salon that reflects her standard in the industry. Seriously gifted, with an eye for the strange and unusual, Natasha is particularly skillful with upstyles with a vintage flair, dynamic/bright hair color, balayage, short pixie cuts and personalized haircutting. The only thing that can outshine Natasha’s talent is her personality, because you will always leave her chair as her friend. Where is Natasha outside of the salon? Traveling the country, having adventures with friends and singing songs to her little black cat Lucipurr. She/Her

Have you ever wondered who can actually keep an orchid alive? It’s B Smith, Martha Stewart’s long lost daughter... Brittney began her career of hair design at Paul Mitchell the School Michigan, where she graduated in 2010. She is also certified in Di Biase fusion hair extensions. So if you just want a little fullness, or you’re ready for full-on mermaid locks, Brit would love to create the custom hair of your dreams. With an emphasis on communication, Brit believes in a thorough consultation from the start; establishing clarity and honesty between client and stylist. Enhancing your natural texture with a curly cut, creating lived in dimensional blondes/brondes/brunettes are her specializations as well. She/Her

Meet Sarah Worden, or as we like to call her, Sparkle. Sarah has been behind the chair since 2006. Have you been searching for someone to create the most suitable haircut for your hair and your life? She's your person. If you have curls or waves, she will use her extensive education to carve out the low maintenance hairstyle of your dreams. She is also your person if you seek a mullet, a razor shag, or a gender-affirming haircut. In her free time, Sarah loves to hang with her husband Scott, tend to her bees, cruise around in her old Mercedes Debbie, and plot ways to make Craft better than it already is. She/Her

Liz Novak is a graduate of Paul Mitchell the School Michigan, and a previous freelance artist. If there was an award for someone who has a way with making everyone feel AND look like a million bucks, this gal would win every time. She shines bright like a diamond in styling, fantasy unicorn colors and full-on bleach outs. If you're looking for someone to chat about dogs or the latest Netflix phenomenon with, it's definitely her. She/Her

Meet Carol or as some like to call her Carol Ann. Behind the chair, Carol specializes in Shags, Lived in Blondes + Brunettes, and Wedding + Event Styling. Carol is someone you meet and within five minutes you feel as though you've been friends with for years! Not only is Carol an amazing and kind listener, she is also extremely professional at lawn games and will be the best cornhole coach you’ve ever had. She/Her

Grace graduated from L’esprit Academy in 2018, top of her class. Grace loves connecting with people and wants to give people hair that reflects who they are, making them feel like their most confident selves. Grace loves everything in the realm of color, from simple brunettes, to sunkissed blondes and striking vivids. She has a soft spot for redheads, too. In her free time, you’ll find Grace cuddled up with her cat, Juniper, with her nose in a book. You could also spot her wandering an art museum, jogging around town, or dancing the night away. Kayla came to join us at Craft after graduating from Douglas J Aveda in Royal Oak in 2019. Her hair loves include fantasy colors, balayages, a well crafted dimensional hair color, and creative specialty haircuts. Outside of the salon, Kayla likes to collect oddities, watch horror movies, and consume as much coffee as she can get her hands on. She/Her

Emma graduated from Elevate Salon Institute in the summer of 2021 and joined us at Craft Salon not long after. Their favorite hair services are fantasy colors, bold haircuts, and they are currently falling in love with anything curl related. When they are not working, Emma likes to grocery shop, watch Rupauls Drag Race, and go to concerts with their friends. They/Them
