Classically trained, anatomy-informed. Focused on precision (do it right, and you won't have to do the most), injury prevention, building strength, and having a good time. Pilates is for every-body Certified on all apparatus through Equinox Pilates Training Institute and formerly a Yoga Instructor, Jess honed her skills in various settings, including Physical Therapy clinics and corporate wellness programs (Sony, Paramount, and Disney). She turned to Pilates in 2013 to regain strength post-pregnancy. Her teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that inner strength surpasses perception.
