My goal is to equip clients with personal awareness, emotional resilience, resourcefulness, and the capacity to cope with stress. I work with clients to build on the strengths and virtues that make life more fulfilling. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to address issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction and substance abuse, suicidal impulses, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, and grief. I can also help with job and career concerns, educational decisions, mental and emotional health issues, and relationship problems.
